I Iwas at the clinic vith a head cold the doctor proscribed SUDAFED EXRA STRONG after taking it it completely blocked my nose.it is like shut off no air can pass and caout blow out the mucus> also I was also priscribed

From history it seems that you might be having severe nasal mucosa congestion giving rise to this problem.
Take some decongestant medicine.
Put decongestant nasal drops.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
Remove crusts in the nose very gently.
Ok and take care.
