Circular Lesions On Knuckles, Undergone Carpal Tunnel Operation, Soreness In Hand. Solution?

circular lesions on the knuckles on 2 of my fingers and a third one further down a third finger of my right hand I have recently had carpal tunnell operation on my right wrist about 2 months back and while eliminating the sensations in the hand it is mildly sore and if bending the hand backward you can feel a mild tug. It does not appear to be as good as the one I had done on my left hand 9 years ago.
