Some people get relief from gas from products containing simethicone, a medicine that dissolves gas bubbles. Nonprescription medicines with simethicone include Gas-X and Mylicon.

General Surgeon Dr. M Y Shareef's  Response
Hi ! May be you have some kind of stomach infection due to food from outside like amebiasis which also gives rise to similar symptoms. On consultation with your family physician, you can go for a routine stool test and on confirmation of the infection may go for an anti amebic course which will solve your problem. Apart from this, you have to avoid spicy and fried food from outside, and go for a diet with more of roughage and enough liquids. Wishing you an early recovery.
