Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description. Body odor is mainly caused by sweat mixed with external micro organisms and dust. Sometimes excess minerals not needed by body is also released through sweat and causes odor. Unhealthy skin causes body odor.

Best method to get rid of body odor is to clean the skin thoroughly twice or thrice daily. Eat nourising food. Sweating is normal phenomena and we should not alter its nature. Instead use body lotions and creams to keep skin healthy.

Sometimes some people do believe that they have body odor whereas there is no body odor at all. This is one sort of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Best way to get rid of this doubt is to ask two or three faithful people and get confirmation. If it is OCD, please consult a psychologist /psychotherapist.

Hope I was able to clear your doubt. Available for further queries.
Good luck.

Hi!
Most common reason for body odour is excessive sweating.
Avoid using antiperspirant or deodorant (except in cases of excessive sweating). perspiration by itself has no odor at all. Underarm odor is caused by bacteria. Soap and deodorant actually supply food for the bacterial growth .Just wash your underarms with nothing but water and a clean cloth. If it is too much sweating giving you trouble, then you should actually use an antiperspirant. This is because this product helps to cut down on your sweating.
Body odor is directly linked to the waste products of your body's digestion. Try to avoid fast food, fried foods, and any other processed foods that contain a lot of chemicals
If you smoke, stop smoking. smoking causes cigarette smell to attach to your clothing. It can also negatively affect the regulatory systems
Buy some of the disposable cleaning sheets for some quick and easy freshening-up. What works just as well is a some paper towel, soaked with a little rubbing alcohol, in a zip lock bag.Try theseIam sure they will help you.Take care!
