Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

I advise you to give stool sample for culture and sensitivity and reducing substances to know the causative bacteria and its sensitivity to particular antibiotic.

Reducing substances in stool or suggestive of development of secondary lactose intolerance due to which loose motions will continue in spite of treatment because of giving lactose containing products like milk.

Probiotic and ORS to be added his treatment to restore healthy gut flora and to maintain the hydration of the child.

Therefore consult pediatrician for further management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
