Pediatrician 's  Response
hi

thanks for your query

i can feel your concerns

it seems to be some infective process.blood report shows MCV and MCH on lower side which could be because of anaemia.Neutrophils are on higher side and raised ESR show that some infective process is going on.
i advise you to consult your doctor for proper clinical examination
give him ibuprufen and paracetamol for fever
you can give these medicines 6 hourly
tapid water sponging also helpful
he may need a course of antibiotic after consulting your doctor

hope i have ansewered your query

wishing him a speedy recovery

i am available for your help

regards

dr.imran
