Child Stool Is Greenish Black Color After Taking Nan Pro 1. Had Cold And Cough. Reason?

Hello Doctor, my baby's stool is greenish black in colour after i changed his formula to nan pro 1. Am not sure if its because of formula milk as he was cought with cold and cough recently. His cold and change of formula happend at the same time. so am confused. now he is free from cold but still his stool is greenish black in colour. please help.

Greenish colour of the stool has nothing to do with formula milk.

Possibility of this colour could be because of some infection in the stomach. Which can be confirmed by stool Culture and Sensitivity. And according to the culture report he can be treated.
Many time running nose also may be the cause as some infected secretion from the posterior end of nose is dripped down to stomach and causes stomach infection.
