Child Is Having Itching On Joints. Was Told To Have Infantile Eczema Bt No Improvement Till Now. Prevention?

My daughter is 6 years old. She is having problem of itching on joints. I twas told by a skin specialist that she has infantile eczema when she was just one year and it will improve as the time will pass. But still she is facing the problem. I have also heard that it increase as the time passes. I am woriied for her future . Please advise what can we do as prevention for her problem ?

there no known cure for eczema
however corticosteroids, immunosupressants and UV irradiation to reduce the symptoms and prevenyion of further agravation of the disease
