Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

The pain she is complaining of in the leg could be because of generalized weakness because of what she is going through.

Hope there is no difficulty in walking.
If there is difficulty in walking or difficulty in getting up from a sitting down posture you should consult your doctor immediately.

How is her fever now?
Is the fever subsiding?
Did you get a urine culture and sensitivity done?
If so what is the report?
Did her vomiting subside?

Please reply in detail so that I can answer you better.

Take care.
