Child Having No Relief From Severe Cough And Running Nose After Using Inhaler Of Salbutamol, Pulmocort And Nacl

my 3 year old son had severe coughing 2 weeks back so the doctor gave him inhalator of salbutamol+pulmocort+nacl. now he is taking it for once a day this week and he was so much better, but since yesterday he has started coughing again so much that he threw up during night time. Also he has a runny nose (colorless discharge). please suggest.

The cause of vomiting could be due to post nasal drip because of cold.

Continue giving nebulization, apart from it would like to suggest you following.

1. Steam inhalation 15 minutes session each for twice a day it will help relieve his nasal congestion
2. 100 ml of milk+10 Tulsi leaves+2 gms fresh ginger+1/2 spoon of turmeric +1 spoon of sugar . Boil it and give him sips of it hot. It will take care of throat congestion
