Child Having High Fever, Hesitant To Continue Giving Crocin. What To Do?

My 3.5 year old has had a fever since Thursday. It's Sunday today. Initial temp was 102 degrees and it keeps falling and rising. Have been giving him Crocin DS liquid every 4 hours but am hesitant to continue now that more than 48 hours has passed. What should I do? P.S. he is about 20 kgs. Thank you.
