Hi,

Please stop the “liver detox”. That’s not scientifically based medicine but an unhealthy fashion, promoted by people who are often even not a medical doctor at all! Just eat normally, not too much, not too fatty, just normal food. The liver has in it’s structure no “spaces” that one could “clean”. Whoever claims otherwise should go back to attend medical school for a second time.

Same for the lecithin. Stop it. In some individuals it stresses the liver instead of helping it. If you want to “help” your liver you can take RRR-alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin E, 600 I.U.) or N-acetyl-cysteine 400mg/day. But normally a liver just needs a healthy NORMAL diet, little or no alcohol and medication only when really necessary. When you stop these “detox” experiments and the problem persists, please see your family doctor or gastroenterologist. But I am quite sure it will stop when you return to a normal diet without experiments.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
