Child Having High Fever, Had Urine Test. Can Any Online Doctor Help In Reading The Result?

My daughter, aged 3.5 years, weight 16 kg is having high fever. I had her urine test (RME). Here is the result: Sp. gravity: 1.021, Protein: negative, Sugar: negative, RBC: 1-2, Pus Cells: 0-1, Ep. Cells: 0-1, No casts/LPF/ Debris. Is this a good result or what does it mean?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Relax,there is nothing to worry.
Urine examination is normal.
Give acetaminophen for fever.
Give plenty of fluids.
In case symptoms persist get her evaluated by doctor.
Hope this helps.
Take care..
