Child Have Pimple Like Bump. No Medication Till Now. What Is The Cause And Remedy?

My baby is 5 mons old almost n he had a white pimple looking bump that was noticed bout 6 wks ago.my doc looked at it and did not know what it was but said it didn't look infected and should go away..now he is getting 2 more spots on other side of mouth and the side it started on seems swollen n little redness but also looks like a tooth could be growing there?

You are absolutely right.
The bump and swollen gums are result of teething.
your baby is getting the first milk teeth erupted in his oral cavity.
No need to be panic.
Clean the gumpads using moist cotton.
Your child also may experience loose stools,fever,nausea etc.
This is a physiological part of teething.
