Hi ! Do you eat frequently from outside ? If so, you may be having some kind of intestinal infection specially amebic infection which is common. Also, the fast food from outside may contain gluten, a type of food component, to which many people are allergic to, which may be the cause of your symptoms. This you can know by trial of omitting any particular kind of food which you feel may be causing your symptoms. I would suggest you to go for a routine stool test for ova and cyst, and consult your family physician who may prescribe some antibiotic/anti amebic drug for you which will relieve your symptoms. Till then you may continue to have Nexium with addition of a probiotic as well. Go ahead with thyroid test also as advised. Take care.
