Child Has Loose Motion, Given ORS And Zero Lac. Normal Stool Test. Why Is Loose Motion Not Stopping?

Hi, My kid is 9 months old, she has got loose motion last week(1st day kid had more than 15 times-so frequent).Initially we gave only ORS and liquid food like Zero lac then we gave following medicines econorm, zinc drops, redotil ,ORS with septran-anti biotic .So with in a day the loose motion got stopped and we were asked to continue both zinc drops and septran anti biotic for 3 more days (total 5 days). After 2-3 days kid started having loose motion when ever after you feed. Now doctor prescribed diof-Ds for 5 days, it has been 2 days there is no improvement. we did stool and CUE test, looking at the report doctor said, everthing is normal. But i am not getting why the loose motion is not stopped yet.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
You are giving too many medicines for your child. This sounds like a viral diarrhea which usually takes its own time to subside which is around 5-7 days. So give it sometime and replace the fluid losses with lots of liquids. Im sure it will become better.
Hope your child gets well soon.
