Child Has Fever, Stomach Ache. Had Chills, Vomiting. Seemed Like A A Stomach Flu. Head, Body Aches. Stomach Bug?

My 4 year old had a low grade fever Thursday and complained of stomach ache....Friday she had a fever ranging from 99.8-102.3, then came with chills and vomiting later that day...seems like a stomach flu but today she seemed fine..no fever until tonight she spiked a fever of 102.2 then complained of headache and achiness in her legs. Before bedtime, she complained of pain in her chest left side. Is this anything to be concerned about? We have given her Tylenol which seems to help with the fever and she continues to drink fluids. The stomach bug is going around at school so I'm assuming this is the cause but I'm more concerned about her complaint on chest pain...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be due to the phlem in the chest the pain is there, and it is relieved when the phlem is cleared by drugs. In viral fever the stomach, and joints are also effected.
I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.

Pediatrician Dr. Vikash Kumar Kedia's  Response
most probably your child has viral infection which is causing fever and body ache.just continue with paracetamol and plenty of fluids.viral infection has caused gastritis due to which vomiting and stomach pain is present in your baby.this should go of spontaneously.give normal food in small amount but in increased frequency.if problem persists have an expert consultation.
