Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Your child might be having an upper respiratory tract infection.

I advise you to consult a Pediatrician for the examination of your child throat and lungs to find out the infection.

If there is any infection antibiotics can be continued as per the dosage.

For fever you can give paracetamol syrup in the prescribed dose.

If the fever is persisting basic investigations like CBP, Malarial parasite, ESR, CUE, and chest x ray can be done after your doctor advise.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
