Hello Bharti nd welcome
The rashes with fever is mostly found in Chicken Pox. You need to give antiallergic and anti-viral drugs for that and mostly symptomatic treatment is followed. Other reason for rashes are Scabies which is a bacterial infection and occur all over the body. Calamine lotion can help but a proper antibacterial lotion should be applied all over the body and have to follow proper precautions like Wash every clothes with antiseptic solution before use, wash hand properly, use separate towel and cloth.

The proper decision and treatment can be planned after examining the rashes. Consult your doctor and get to a diagnosis. Continue with Tylenol and can also give some anti-allergic to reduce itching.
Best Wishes
