Chest Started Hurting After Wrestling And Feeling Sore During Muscle Movement

I was wrestling and after wards my chest hurts whenever i move my arms laugh or yell. He put my head into my chest and slammed me against a wall in my basement. It's really sore it doesn't hurt when i breath but when moving any muscle even my legs or my back my chest feels really sore. What's wrong

i have gone through your query and i am concerned
most probably you might have had a muscle pain ,if pain is ther on deep breathing you may suspect you might had any pleural pain
and i would suggest you to take a muscle relaxant which might relieve your pain if still persisting you might take a chest xray to rule out any lung involement
