Chest pain, tests normal. Caused due to gas?

Hi I m an 18 year old female who recently have been having chest pains on and off for several weeks now. Have had blood tests, chest x-rays, ECG and a 24hr holter monitor done nothing has come back with any problems. Today I had the pain again on the left side just directly over my heart ( pain mainly there, however sometimes on right side) it was so uncomfortable I had to leave work, as soon as I got home I went to the toilet had abit of gas after passing gas the pains slowly went away. Have been quiet stressed thinking pain was cardiac related but after tests results coming back fine have been a little relieved. I. Just want to know what s causing this mild pain?! Is it possible that gas is causing left sided chest pain? If not are there any other tests I should take to help perhaps the diagnosis?
