Chest pain, spitting sputum. Regularly running. Lung disease?

Hey, when i was in a match today, after 2-3 min ONLY !! I got ,u can say, sever pain in chest Right side and for about 30 min after that , i spitted sputum ( neither bloody nor rusty, just normal ) for about 30-50 times and the pain decreased gradually ..... ByTheWay ( i run 30 min per day , i mean , even if i continued playing a match for 1 hour , i shouldn t got this pain ) So, Can it be a lung disease ?? would u advise me what to do please, tyt

Chest pain with sputum is suggestive of lung disease.
Please take good antibiotic like Clarithromycin,anti inflammatory drug.
If it is not relieved,get an X ray chest -PA view.
If you come back with x ray report,i will clarify further.
