Chest Pain Behind Rib Cage, Back Pain For The Last Two Weeks. Causes For Symptoms?
hello, I have these strange chest pains all over, it starts at lower part of my chest behind the ribcages and next time its on the other side feeling like its hurting at the back behind my ribcages. The pain its not constant, it comes and goes in different strengths and places. I have been having these pains for around two weeks now. I am 25 year old female with no significant health history.
hi there, aches and pains are a part of life and we should know which ones are to be taken seriously. obviously this pain has been bothering you for quite some time so it needs to be looked into. Few tips that I can give taking into consideration the limited history I have is that you should take your meals at regular intervals and they should be not oily and non spicey, as that could give rise to gastrits which may mimic as a chest pain, secondaly you should try some sort of physical activity which invoves stretching and cardio. Yoga would be a good start. Getting a basic health checkup and routine blood exam could also be a useful step.Take care
