Hi tlm,

There is no reported side effect in the form of chest pain because of the Cipraalex.
Now it is important that what is causing this chest pain just after taking this medication.
As you told that you have no history of heart problems, so it should not be because of some heart problem. Apart form heart problem many other things can lead to this type of problems.
But to rule out the heart problem in case of chest pain is the most important part and as you taking this medication for 6 years and depending on your age and other important points it is important to rule out the heart problem.

I would suggest you to consult some doctor and atleast have an ECG done to rule out the cardiac problems and this will make things more safe and secure.

Thanks and take care
