Chest Discomfort Due To Worry About Examination. Should I Worry?

Hi In Saturday morning was Biochemstry final exam, actually I was so scared because I am not doing well in Biochem. and my fear is because I do not want to get F ! I have never get F ! Just imagination make me so scared and I have felt of my heart like squeezing ! Two days after I am feeling of discomfort in my left side of chest till these moments, I do not know how to describe it! Is that because of heart squeezing ?! Should I worry about that ? And why I felt of that squeezing?!

Hi,
I think it is likely that your chest symptoms are entirely due to your anxiety over your exam. There is unlikely to be anything wrong with your heart. It's not uncommon for nerves to have this effect and these sensations are likely to disappear over then next few days.
