General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,
Were there any pus cells or WBCs in the report.
Your count is normal but the sperms are not motile or healthy enough. I suggest you get a Semen culture done and if there is any infection the report will suggest what antibiotic to take. You might need antibiotic therapy for two weeks and that could help.
You could also try an Ayurvedic preparation called Speman which will have to be taken for three months.
All the best.
