Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be lichen simplex chronicus. It may be precipitated by stress and worries. Soap bath may exacerbate the condition. You may consult the dermatologist for the perfect treatment. I would recommend you to apply mild steroid cream on the affected parts. Take antihistaminic like levocetirizine daily at night. And you may take oral steroid in tapering doses under observation of doctor.

Hope this helps.
