Can Vomiting And Abdominal Pain Indicate Appendicitis?
child vomiting off and on for 12 days now. Taken to emergency about 5 times. Had initial abdominal pain and vomiting. Doctor thought it was appendicitis. Child is 4 years old. Vital signs were good. White blood cells a bit high. No Fever. Did enema because of backed up bowel. Mum gave 2 more enemas. Abdominal pain lessened. Was ok for a few days and then started vomiting again. Back to the hospital! Doc baffled.

impacted faeces , GERD , COELIAC Disease , chronic constipation.
Get evaluated for serum tTG, THYROID FUNCTION TESTS AND complete hem ogram.
also get an ultrasound whole abdomen.
