Can Using Premarin For Menopause For 10 Yrs Cause Age Spots/ Freckles On The Face?

i'm taking 0.625 mg premarin for menopause - I've been on this for about 10 years and i'm now 55. I've noticed my face looks like i'm getting freckles but i'm wondering if it's like age spots from this medication. is it good to be on this for hot flashes for such a long period of time?
