Hi, I have spasmic pains at irregular intervals in my left chest portion, this also sometimes is felt on the lateral side of the left chest postion, sometimes, near underarms, sometimes near breast bone. I am 32 years old male and obese, but used to physical exertion and keep myself working hard physically. I have consulted a cadiologist he says that uric acid can cause similar problems. in the perid of last 2-3 years back during one occassion ECG twice as well as Lipid profile done. As on now on what do you suggest ?
