Can Ultrasound Showing Thick Endometrium, Bigger Uterus And Cervix, Light Spotting And Clotty Bleeding Indicate Pregnancy?
my ultrasound reads that i have thick endometrium 1.31cm hyperechoic, my uterus as well as cervix became a little bigger in comparison with previous ultrasound. sexually active, had 4 days light spotting and 25 days bleeding with clot. am i pregnant? i have pcos.

FIRST DO SERUM BETA HCG TO CONFIRM prenancy. if it is negative it may be due to anovulation.
continuous heavy bleeding will stop with progesterone. so consult your gynaecologist.
bleeding will lead to anaemia.
check your hb level.
