Can U Suggest Me Medication For Spinning Head As Thyroid Nodules Will Be Removed Soon?

I have thyroid nodules (which will be removed soon). Last night I woke feeling the whole room spinning (one neck of a ride). This has never happened before. Also being treated for hypertension. Could these be related and do I need to call my doctor right away or can I wait? My surgery is in less than two weeks.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to given history the possibility of vertigo is likely and this is happened due to the less blood supply to the tympanic membrane if the symptoms persist then you have to see the ENT surgeon otherwise you can wait for some times this would come around, hope this information come around, have nice day.
