Hello,
It is true that exertion can cause raw surfaces to bleed, but heavy bleeding of this sort calls for immediate medical attention. If you self-medicated yourself for inducing the abortion, it is likely that there are some retained products as the cause of the bleeding. Please see a specialist immediately for a proper evaluation. You will also need a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram and blood counts. Please maintain genital hygiene and take plenty of liquids. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
