Can The Reason For The Red Bumps On The Penis Be Due To Unprotected Sex Which Can Be A STD?
hello, thank you for your time, i recently just had unprotected sex with my ex 3 times in two weeks, we only broke up 2 months ago from what i understand she had also had unprotected sex with another guy a couple of times. we were together for 4 years and we had sex many times both protected and unprotected and nothing severe came of it. Today i noticed tiny red bumps on the head of my penis looks like a rash as well as the head looking pale but it doesn't irritate, the base under the head also has tiny red bumps, could i have caught a STD from her as she had sex 2 weeks unprotected before she had sex with me??

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have bumps over glans penis after having unprotected sex with a girl who is indulged with sexual relations with some one else too.
It appears to be infection of glans (Ballanitis) However in view of her sexual relationship with more individuals possibility of acquiring STD can not be ruled out.
Please get basic blood tests done to rule out STD.
In the mean while take take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
