Can The Enlarged Lymph Node In Back Of Neck Cause Dizziness?

I'm a 35 y/o F. I've had a swollen lymph node in the L lower area of the back of my neck for about a month. This has been accompanied by frequent H.A. and terrible dizziness and vertigo. Can the enlarged lymph node be the cause of the dizziness? No signs of infection.
