Can Sinus Infection Cause Pain In Center Of Chest?

I was just at the clinic with a temp of 100.5, headache, ear ache, mild chest pain the center of my chest. My BP was 140/92. Diagnosed with sinus infection and prescribed antibiotics. Do you think I should pursue the chest pain issue, since my BP was so high? Or could this just be something as simple as acid reflux, or part of the sinus infection?

Hi thanks for asking question in HCM.
Headache and earache is because of sinus infection.
The chest pain can be simple musculoskeletal or as a part of generalised muscular pain in viral infection.
For pain relief simple analgesic can be taken.
pain can be because of respiratory cause or acidity.
Here if in few days chest pain not relieved then x ray or ECG done for further work up.
I hope you understand my concern.
