my nose is severely blocked (I am having to breathe out of my mouth and ear feel like they need to pop) because my sinus passages are very inflamed. I also currently have shingles on my lower back. Could the same virus be causing the inflammation in my nose? I have taken cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and xylometazoline hydrochloride nasal spray drops but my symptoms are only getting worse.
