Can Scar Tissue Be The Cause Of Pain After Surgery For Removing Adrenal Gland?

I had a tumor and my adrenal gland removed a year and half ago. I have recently been advised that I have scar tissue from that surgery. i have been in constant pain since my surgery. Did the surgery cause this problem or did the doctor do something wrong during my surgery?

Hi...there are many theories...there could have been a nerve injury... a nerve may have got entrapped in the scar tissue... the scar tissue due to contraction may be pulling upon something...most of these are accepted complications of a major surgery like that...
