can i use a treadmill, as i am having blood pressure and taking Diovan 80mg half tablet, if so upto what speed i can use treadmill. Age 39years Height 166cms Weight 67kg

Read your prob, as you are hypertensive you can use tradmill for walking, you should maintain speed up to 6 or 7 ,not more then 9. if you not feel breathlessness then you can increase your speed.
