Can Overdose Of Tylenol Cause Liver Damage?

Hi I am a 23 year old female, 5 6 , 170 lbs, and about 2 days ago I took 4500mg of generic brand Tylenol Pm in one sitting. I had consumed a good amount of alcohol prior to taking the pills. I am a moderate drinker and regular smoker and take Excederin migraine almost daily for headaches I think are associated with my prescribed daily dosage of 20mg Adderall. I am not suicidal in any way and took the large amount of Tylenol Pm simply because I had a rough night, drank a bit too much, and wanted to sleep uninterrupted. I normally take 2-4 of the pills for sleep. I am worried now though after reading about the affects large amounts of Tylenol can have on the liver and simply want to know if I am likely at risk for liver damage and/or failure.
