Hi, I had ovarian cysts (endometriotic and dermoid) in both ovaries measuring about 8cms and were removed laproscopically two years ago. I got an ultrasound done today and they have found two cysts measuring about 3cms each in the right ovary (one endometriotic and one unknown yet to be diagonosed, possibly dermoid). I'm planning to get married this year. The doctor has said that if dermoid cysts is found it would be treated through surgery or else through medication. How safe it would be if surgically treated a second time and whether there are any chances of infertility. I would want to concieve in about 3 years?
