Hi,

By far, I think that, usually if the above medicines are taken in prescribed doses, they seem safe for kidney patients. Very rarely, cefpodoxime may cause increase in BUN or Creatinine level. However, this increase is present only in a very few cases and even if present, this increase is usually insignificant clinically.

Similarly, paracetamol is also a safe drug and it is unlikely to cause any side effects on kidney, if the dose is not exceeded than the normally prescribed doses. Similarly, the very rare effect of Aceclofenac of increasing the creatinine level is also minimal and have almost nil clinical significance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
