General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Swollen legs can happen with use of Lyrica so it may be that you have it due to its use. On the other hand there are other causes of the swollen legs as well from varicous veins to problems with the heart, liver or kidneys that is why it is important to talk to your doctor and have a proper examination to determine the cause of the swelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
