hello dear,
Platelet count could be high because of so many reasons like smoking, primary defect in platlet production or reaction to some infection.

It is usually low platelet which is associated to leukemia, plus your symptoms are quite non specific and can be due to mutliple other things like low hemoglobin and neuropathy and many other

If you are specifically concerned about leukemia than a simple clood count can be done which can indicated about it in most cases.

Do revert back if this solves your querries

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your platelet count is very high.

Most of the leukemia present with low platelet count. Only chronic myeloid leukemia present with high platelet count. More over chronic myeloid leukemia and other chronic myeloproliferative disorder is seen in old age people. So chances of leukemia are low.

But it can be easily diagnosed by complete blood count. So go for complete blood count and peripheral smear examination and if needed go for bone marrow test accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
