dear patient. you didnt mention the color of the discharge, which is very important. the causes of discharge can be due to 1.infection of belly button region 2.intestinal infection 3.developmental defect during the closure of umblicus.
Now your increase in platelet count ,if more than 4,50,000, is considered as thrombocythemia ,an indicater for cancer. if lower than 4 lacs is probably harmless.
inorder to rule out leukemia, you blood tests will show abnormal wbc count and abnormal shaped wbcs. does your blood test say that? if no than you donot have leukemia.
