Brief answer :
Daily monitoring of platelet count should be done.

Detailed answer :
Hi, welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail.
In dengue during first three to 4 days, the child develops fever and rash, this is called febrile phase.
After febrile phase, critical phase comes in which fever subsides and platelet begins to fall and swelling appears.
Your child is in critical phase at present and it needs daily monitoring of platelet s, blood pressure, swelling.
I hope this has helped you. Take care.
