Can Injury In The Head Be The Cause Of Dizziness?

I have recently been diagnosed with Labrynthitis and taking Betahistine for dizziness, but two previous to this diagnosis I fell and split the back of my head open resulting in stitches. Am I suffering from above, or perhaps from concussion? Is it also okay to have a glass of wine as I cannot sleep?

Hi dear. Thanks for writing on HCM.
Did you loose conscious following the incident? Was there any history of vomiting? How frequent is your dizziness?Did it increase after the injury?Kindly upload these information to help you better.I were to do a CT brain to rule out collection of blood inside your skull due to concussion with this limited history.I donot advice to have a drink.Hope this answers your query.
