Can I Stop Taking Amlodipine Or Do I Have To Taper It?
Hello. I am taking amolodipine 5 mg daily along with 20 mg of quinapril bid for high blood pressure. The last 2 weeks I have been experiencing swelling feet , ankles and legs. Have had a doppler, blood work and now I want to discontinue taking the amlodipine. Can you stop now or do you have to dose down? Thanks for any help you can give.Marie
