Can I Give Fevago Or Crocin Syrup For Fever In My Child?

Hi, My daughter is 1 year and 3 months old. She has fever around 101.6 degree Farenheit from yesterday noon. She is on Crocin drops every 4 hours but the fever is not reducing. Should i try someother medicine? Can i try Fevago or Crocin syrup instead of drops? Please clarify. Thank you.
