he was having cold and nose block. after giving nasoclear nasal spray for many days now we have given amoxicilin. he is cry so much in the night so we want to give colicaid. we use to give colicaid when he cries too much in the night and it helps

Your baby is too young (only 1 month old) to start antibiotic treatment (amoxycillin) unless the pediatrician has prescribed it. Please bare in mind that her kidneys are not matured enough to clear antibiotic.
Your baby is crying because amoxicillin is altering her bowel flora, thus, leading to too much gas and discomfort.
Colicaid can help; I would also suggest to discuss with her doctor to start probiotics also while on antibiotic treatment.
